A Child Arrangement Order is an enforceable order from the court which sets out arrangements for your child.
Contact in relation to a Child Arrangement Order may be specified as being direct physical contact between a child and a person named in the order, overnight contact, supervised contact between a child and the named person or indirect contact such as letters or birthday cards. A Child Arrangement Order can also stipulate that there be no contact at all between a child and a named person if it is deemed necessary to protect the child.
